The foundation of Learning Unlimited is our passion for turning competent leaders into great ones. And as a premier leadership development company, we pay special attention to our own leadership. What kind of culture are we creating? Do our coworkers trust us? How can we be better? Every day we’re making progress toward the company and the people we want to be.
We pride ourselves in our people. Our facilitators are unmatched in their ability to guide organizations through the difficult behavior change process. That’s not fluffy sales speak – our facilitators are the best in the world at what they do. They live and breathe leadership, and they’re just downright good people. And because they’re backed by a customer support staff that provides exceptionally reliable and attentive customer service, we can promise to exceed your expectations in every way.

Leadership Evangelist & Facilitator
Andrew “cut his (experiential) teeth” getting trained as a ropes course facilitator for a summer camp with Sam Sikes more than 20 years ago, so returning to LUC is a homecoming of sorts. As Leadership Evangelist for LUC, Andrew helps clients position themselves for success by identifying people’s strengths and getting the right people into the right roles within the company.
“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life… It will make or break a company, a church, a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day… I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it.”
- Charles R. Swindoll
A native Tulsan, Andrew just celebrated his 2nd anniversary with the love of his life, Bethany, a middle school art teacher and artist. They have one dog, Annie, a rescued Jack Russell mix breed. An alum and die-hard OU Sooners fan, Andrew’s just a fan of sports in general and plays indoor soccer and golf to stay fit.
Project Manager
Jessica is one of the newest members to Learning Unlimited. She has enjoyed being able to dive right in and "Learn" new things. Processing Orders, Customer Service and Graphic Design projects have kept her busy here in a short period of time. Having been self-employed for many, many years, she really enjoys being part of such a great team of people - her number one Strengh-Finder strength being: Communication (closely followed by "Positivity" and "Woo"!)“Continuous effort - not strength or intelligence - is the key to unlocking our potential.”Jessica enjoys all aspects of photography, being inspired by home decorating (re-purposing yard sale finds!), spending time with friends and family and travel. Being a newly-wed and also new to the Mid-west, she’s adjusting to country living. “I’ve traded in my walks on the beaches of Cape Cod, my home town, to raising chickens, gardening and watching the sunset over corn fields with my husband - and loving every minute of it!”
- Winston Churchill
Business Manager
Stephanie has been with Learning Unlimited for more than six years, and in that time, she’s grown into an important role speaking with our numerous customers, bookkeeping, and handling orders and daily business. In short, Stephanie is keeping Learning Unlimited running smooth through the many challenges every business faces.
"Bring it on!"

Stephanie enjoys witnessing sunrises, coffee!, the laughter of children, contemplating and appreciating anything artistically rendered (music, body style of vehicles, paintings, landscaping, etc.), road trips, enjoying all our earthly splendors, and Disney World!
Customer Service & DiSC Specialist
Sarah prides herself in providing exceptional customer service, and spends most of her days, processing orders, directing phone calls, and working closely with the entire Learning Unlimited team.
With previous experience as a Systems Support Specialist at St. John Medical Center, where she supported an IT call center and trained employees on the computer system, Sarah came to LUC fully prepared to contribute to our success. She is constantly learning more about Inscape behavioral assessments and products, and she is finding new ways to improve our already outstanding customer service.
Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and the "cutest English bulldog ever!" She loves watching her son's football games and her daughter's band performances. She also enjoys working on home improvement projects, digital scrapbooking, listening to music, and reading.
Marketing Director
Donna is the primary writer and web developer behind the screen of DiscUnlimited.com. She also invests many hours serving DiSC customers, answering DiSC questions, keeping up with DiSC knowledge, creating and blazing new marketing trails (newsletter, search engine optimization, etc.) for Learning Unlimited services and products.
Donna came to Learning Unlimited along a career path that includes small business management, legal, newspaper, and insurance. In the same manner as Benjamin Franklin, much of what she has learned is self-taught. Strength Finder #1 Strength: Learner (followed by "Positivity", then "Intellection"). "What more appropriate place could I have possibly found to call my workplace home other than Learning Unlimited?!" For 13 years and counting, Donna has done just that.
"Tomorrow is history at Learning Unlimited."
- Donna Tate
Her favorite things include the color blue, butterflies, humming birds, sunflowers, strawberries, pineapple, (strawberries and pineapple actually give her a fruit induced "euphoria"!) jalapeno peppers, boutique beer, and all kinds of music, including blue grass and classical. She also enjoys gardening, bee keeping, herbology and natural remedies, Bible study, walking down history lanes, exploring and writing poetry. She has a voracious appetite for the casual study of various scientific fields, including physics and biology.

Co-Founder & Senior Facilitator
As the matriarch of Learning Unlimited, Mary is the keeper of the roots and the relationship-centric philosophy, which is our foundation. Her other responsibilities include new client meetings (to discover if we are a good fit), needs assessment and program design, and coaching facilitators.
Mary’s earliest training experience came from her role as local council director of the Boy Scouts of America ropes course program, where she worked with adult leadership and training ropes course instructors. She went on to direct a ropes course program for a psychiatric treatment facility, training and supervising clinicians using the ropes course, and working with corporate clients as referral development. Mary left that facility, along with co-worker Sam Sikes, to found Learning Unlimited.
Mary’s favorite original saying: “Awareness does not mean instant behavior change" truly speaks to the Learning Unlimited approach to clients: we are with them for the long haul, helping new and more productive behavior to “take hold.” To recharge her batteries, Mary spends quiet time with God. Then she uses the recharge for time with her 19 grandchildren, gardening, and ATV-ing with her husband, Paul.
"Awareness does not mean instant behavior change."
- Mary Butler
Mary enjoys the perspective that comes from a quarter century in the field - a "silver-hair" she enthusiastically calls herself. “It has been exciting to be part of experiential training and development. Growing up, and learning from the young energy as they make the field their own.”
