As a company, we trace our roots to two co-founders who shared a passion for learning and relationships. Mary Butler and Sam Sikes worked together at Shadow Mountain Institute’s Challenge Quest, a program providing experience-based team building and leadership training, when they discovered the opportunity to form their own company. Mary and Sam eagerly accepted the challenge, and in 1993, Learning Unlimited Corporation (LUC) was formed.
Learning Unlimited provides customized training and leadership development services to organizations worldwide. We attribute our success to several factors: our deeply held core values, our own dedicated and capable leaders, the industry’s most dynamic and effective facilitators, and our combination of experiential processes with proven people development methodologies and models.
